Fix Stick – Portable Wax No Hands!

First Impression

One of the more unique products that I’ve used so far. The packaging is really something to talk about, it looks like a deodorant stick and it comes up as one where you twist it on the bottom to push the wax up. The smell is rather synthetic, unlike the apple scent gatsby the Fix Stick has more of a plastic smell to it.

The Review

No hands, so you don’t have to clean them when you use the Fix Stick in public making it the ultimate portable wax, application of the product is as it seems you slide it on to your hair. The hold is excellent it spreads well and evenly because of the flat surface it comes out. If you use the product “correctly” it would not leave any residue or oversaturate. This product is not an ideal product for wax due to the amount you get and the cost, its for fixing. One of the fall backs for this product is the fact that you cant spread it in to your roots to get the good hold wax gives you, it only goes on top giving temporary hold on the strands of hair thats on the top. That is, unless you use your fingers to spread it into your roots; but that really defeats the purpose of portable wax doesn’t it?
